American Sentence

American Sentence is a 17 syllable linear haiku-like poem in the form of a sentence, first introduced by Allen Ginsberg.


One
High on a mountaintop, we shall meet the end of the world together.


Two
Though I squint into the sun's harsh glare, I welcome warmth and renewal.
